As an industrial distributor, Shively Bros, Inc. has been servicing mid-Michigan’s cutting tool, abrasives, and MRO needs for more than 60 years.  As a key line distributor, we were instrumental in revolutionizing our industry by developing, and introducing commodity management into the automotive manufacturing segment.  As pioneers, we now have more than 20 years of experience running commodity management programs, and it is the fastest growing segment of our organization.  Today, we have six branches spread over three states and two countries, and are doing business throughout the United States and the global market.

Over the years, Shively Bros. Inc. has developed strong and long-standing relationships both with the vendors we represent as well as with the customers we serve.  We’ve formed substantial buying power though established relationships with our vendors as well as our active involvement in buying groups like Affiliated Distributors.  In fact, we’ve developed Tier I relationships with all of the major tooling suppliers.  We form these real partnerships so that we can ensure our goals are aligned with our clients’.
